Utility/Housing Assistance -  Listing of resources to help provide utility, rental, and mortgage assistance.  Also includes information on emergency shelters in the community.

Food - Includes locations and times for public schools and regional locations for free meals for children and youth 18 and under.

OKC Council approves $5.5M Small Business Continuity Program for COVID-19 emergency relief

The Oklahoma City Council  approved an unprecedented $5.5 million emergency relief program for local small businesses on Tuesday.

The Alliance for Economic Development of Oklahoma City, the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber and the City of Oklahoma City built the framework of the proposal, called the Small Business Continuity Program. It’s based on research of what other communities are doing nationally and globally to save their local small businesses as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.

Oklahoma Regional Food Bank

Information about SNAP (food stamps), food pantries, WIC, recipes, CSFP (Senior Boxes), prescription assistance, and additional resources.

United Way

The United Way’s campaign raises money to support 113 programs in five focus areas—strong families, successful kids, healthy citizens, independent living and community preparedness—that are administered by 57 Partner Agencies, striving to improve lives in our community.

We offer a variety of options to make payments or set up alternative payment plans. If you are facing financial difficulties, please contact us to discuss short-term payment extensions and long-term payment assistance.

  1. not to terminate internet or telephone service to any residential or small business customer because of an inability to pay their bills due to disruptions caused by the pandemic.
  2. To Waive any internet or telephone late fees that residential or small business customers incur because of their economic circumstances related to the pandemic. 
  3. Open all Cox Wifi outdoor hotspots.

AT&T is proud to support our customers by pledging that, for the next 60 days, we will:                                                                                           

1.  Not terminate the service of any wireless, home phone or broadband residential or small business customer because of their inability to pay their bill due to disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic.                                                                                                                                                 

2.  Waive any late payment fees that any wireless, home phone or broadband residential or small business customer may incur because of economic hardship related to the coronavirus pandemic.                                                                                                                                                                  

3.  Waive domestic wireless plan overage charges for data, voice or text for residential or small business wireless customers incurred because of economic hardship related to the coronavirus pandemic. 

4.  Keep our public Wi-Fi hotspots open for anyone who needs them.

OG&E Due to the outbreak, we will not disconnect service for an existing account for 30 days starting on 3-14-2020. This is not 30 days from your due date or from your cut off notice. It is only from March 14th. Depending on the situation it may be extended, it may not. Hopefully, this clears up any confusion.
